FAIRMONT -- Fairmont Police are investigating an accident on Country Club Road.
It happened Friday at about 11 a.m.
Witnesses told police one vehicle pulled out in front of another vehicle, causing the second vehicle to strike a third near the State Police barracks, according to Officer Brian Shuck.
The driver of the second vehicle went to Ruby Memorial Hospital via Healthnet, Shuck said.
She told Shuck that she couldn't stop her vehicle, once the first vehicle hit her.
Her vehicle traveled about a 1/4 of a mile down the roadway after being hit, and, according to Shuck, landed on its top near the Say-boy Steakhouse Restaurant.
One of the other drivers was pregnant and went to Ruby Memorial Hospital in an ambulance, Shuck stated.
The incident is still under investigation, and Shuck said charges are pending.
