WEBSTER SPRINGS -- Webster Springs police officers have arrested David Cogar, 27.
Cogar faces three counts of unlawful malicious assault and may face other charges.
Prosecutors said he led the Webster Springs police on a 15-mile car chase after they responded to a call of spotlighting and illegal killing of deer.
A deputy joined the chase, and Cogar reportedly rammed their cars with his car.
Cogar was out of jail on bond for illegal hunting.
He is now in the Central Regional Jail, with bond set at $300,000.
