Road Work Scheduled on I-79 Near Star City Exit

Both northbound and southbound lanes will be restricted to one lane.

MORGANTOWN -- The Division of Highways will reduce a stretch of I-79 in Monongalia County to just one lane starting Wednesday, November 18.

Workers will be replacing an expansion strip on Scotts Run Bridge.

The DOH will restrict traffic to one lane in both directions for more than a mile near mile post 155.

The work is scheduled to be finished Nov. 20.
