MORGANTOWN -- The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner is getting some help identifying a body found near Route 19 in Monongalia County in September.
State Police Sgt. Mike Kief said Wednesday, Nov. 4, the body is on its way to a forensic anthropologist.
The police believe an identification found on the body had an accurate picture of the man, but that the other information was incorrect.
Kief also said the man was in his late thirties or early 40s and probably died in late June or early July.
