Safety Day Held at Emmanuel Christian School

Area first responders were on hand for the event.

CLARKSBURG -- More than 100 students at Emmanuel Christian School, in the North View section of Clarksburg, participated in a Safe Routes to School event Friday.

The Safety Day program helps schools and communities build, update, and maintain safe routes for pedestrians.

Representatives from the Clarksburg Police Department, Fire Department, the Harrison County EMS, Clarksburg Public Works, and the Division of Highways were there.
