He is accused of stabbing a man outside of a bar.
KINGWOOD -- A man was arraigned Wednesday in Preston County on attempted first degree murder and malicious assault charges.
Juan Fonseca, 24, was recently indicted by the grand jury.
He pleaded not guilty to the charges at his arraignment.
Judge Lawrance Miller set his trial for the week of December 1.
Fonseca stabbed a man repeatedly outside of a Terra Alta bar, prosecutors said.
Miller also increased Fonseca's bond from $25,000 to $50,000.
Fonseca is being held in the Huttonsville Correctional Center, on a conspiracy conviction out of Grant County.
