Deputies in Portage County, Wisconsin have arrested a woman on charges stemming from crimes allegedy committed in Upshur County.
Amanda Foster, 26, formerly of Weston, faces two counts of grand larceny and two counts of nighttime burglary, according to a news release from the Upshur County Sheriff's Department.
Foster and Jeremiah Bennett, 32, of Buckhannon, allegedly cut a hole through a closet wall and got into an adjacent residence on Valley Green Drive in Buckhannon Aug. 11, 2009, then stole items from that residence, the according to police.
Deputies arrested Bennett that night, according to the news release.
Bennett has since been released on bond
Foster is awaiting extradition back to West Virginia, according to the release.
