Only in WV would they close all of the rest stops at once and not have a clue when they will reopen. It’s probably a ploy for Troopers to be able to write more tickets for indecent exposure when we are forced to stop and pee over the guardrail.

One year ago in the Charleston paper, a represetative stated that they would not close all the rest stops at the same time and that the Meadowbrook one would not close until the Morgantown area one was finished. There are now NO reststops open for WV between Clarkburg and Wheeling.
