i find it very disturbing that there are people out there sticking up for him. ive known him for some while and know 100% that he could do this to a human being. iv always stuck up for him making excuses but this was it. OK people. What this man did was very sick and he does need help..in my opinion Help would not only be counseling it would be jail time and fines because I feel like if a person was to do something like this and only have counseling there is no true consequence for his actions. well lorie I'm not for him but i do realize there is sick people in the world. First prison isn't the answer and do you believe that prison has rehabilitation or treatment , not on your life. And we are not related. But we all sit and condemn but no one has a legitimate answer in how to treat something that probably took years of abuse to create. He is being charged with a misdemeanor for animal cruelty. Under state law that's all he can be charged with in West Virginia. Depending on which misdemeanor it is filed under. The worst he can get is 3 to 6 months in jail and a $100-$1000 dollar fine. If it is filed under the lower misdemeanor he might get community service and up to a $300 dollar fine. The sad part is he will probably just get a slap on the wrist.

So then it could escalate to children or more animals. Some people say well it was just a dog. But dogs feel just as we do. Plus they are small like the size of a young child. It you have ever lived with an animal you know how they react. Happy, scared, sad... etc. Have some compassion & empathy. We do not need any more suffering in this world.
