PHILIPPI -- If you have a taste for the hot stuff then Barbour County was the place to be Saturday.
Twenty-three cooks competed for bragging rights in the 12th annual "Smokin on the Tygart" chili cookoff.
Prizes were awarded to those who had the best chili in one of three categories.
The cook off also featured games, live music and a bikers poker run.
Organizers say there was something for everyone.
"A whole town becomes a festival," said Chili Cookoff Board Member Howard Swick," we have children dancing on the streets, a DJ setup with the chili cooks several vendors, bikes on the street a whole day of festivities."
The cook off took place in front of the Barbour County Court House.
