BRIDGEPORT -- When Ben Queen started taking pictures during football games a little more than a year ago, he didn't think that the hobby would take him all the way to the pros. But he was wrong and he never imagined on picture would be his ticket to the Super Bowl.

Queen entered Canon Camera's "why do you love football?" photo competition in early December. He never thought he would get enough votes to win.

Over 10,000 photos were submitted and out of those, judges narrowed it down to only 14. The public voted on those and Ben Queen's photo came out on top. Now he's spending his Sunday at BW3s to cheer on the teams that he wants to see play in Tampa on February 1.

But Ben's not the only one excited for the game. His father Mike Queen would love to go on the trip but he doesn't know if he'll make the cut.

"Right now I'm on the short list," he said.

While it's a nice choice to have to make, Queen says that picking who goes with him to the big game really is a tough decision.

"I think I'm gonna make some good friends and some bad friends with this decision probably," said Queen

For winning the contest Queen will get four tickets to the game, a brand new Canon digital camera, and even a spot on the sidelines, so he can continue taking pictures. He will also get a trip for four to the Pro Football Hall of Fame Enshrinement Celebration later this summer.

Ben also has his own business online. He sells photos he takes at games and has earned the title "Home of the One Dollar Photo."

As a parent when our children reach high school sports we do want a few pictures, however for us to go on the field can be trying. Having a passionate photographer such as yourself who take wonderful pictures it is nice to know we can order a few.
