| Veggie Pockets By Karla Collins of Salem, WV
Ingredients: 1. Piece of foil 2. Two table spoons of butter on foil 3. One potato cut into bite size pieces 4. One large scoop of Green Beans 5. One Large Scoop of Whole Kernel Corn 6. One small dash of garlic powder 7. Season Salt
Instructions: 1. Light your grill. 2. Fold your foil up and seal the ends. 3. Cook on grill approx 45 minutes at med heat. 4. When you take them off the grill you can slice the side open pour it on your plate and you have a great mix of veggies to go with any meat! |
