Albert Zipp Albert Zipp is a broadcast news veteran. Albert graduated from Washington & Lee University with a degree in economics and politics, and promptly went to work in television.

He has worked in production, news, sports and weather, at television stations in Texas, Florida, Virginia and West Virginia.

He is happily married, with two adult children and a dog and a cat. He has been active in several civic organizations, including the United Way, the American Red Cross, the Alzheimer’s Association and the Boy Scouts of America, and as a school volunteer.

His hobbies include reading, weightlifting, running, golf and playing the bass. He is a Mensan, and a Mason.
